One-Time Setup (per listing): $699
Monthly Management: 20% of Host Payout (excluding taxes and cleaning fees.)
Monthly Minimum: $499 per listing
What’s included (Full Service):
Guest messaging + fast response handling
Calendar management + pricing support
Cleaner coordination (schedule, checklist, photo confirmation)
Issue resolution (guest problems, vendor coordination)
Review support + guest follow-ups
Weekly performance report (occupancy, revenue, improvements)
How you get charged (simple examples):
If host payout is $5,000/month → Co-Host fee is $1,000 (20%)
If host payout is $1,500/month → 20% = $300, but minimum applies → $499
Best for: Owners who already have cleaners & systems but want guest communication handled professionally.
Setup (per listing): $299
Monthly: $249/month (up to 4 reservations/month)
Additional reservations: $25 each

What “Host Payout” Means
Taxes are excluded
Cleaning fee handling is decided by the owner (most owners pay the cleaner from the cleaning fee)
This keeps pricing clear and prevents misunderstandings.
Your setup fee covers the work required to launch a smooth system:
Listing optimization (title, description, house rules, check-in flow)
Message templates (saved replies for every scenario)
Cleaning workflow (checklist + photo proof request)
Guest experience plan (check-in, mid-stay, check-out)
Reporting system (weekly updates + improvement plan)
Property Inspection / Visit: $99–$149 per visit
Restocking Run: $49–$75 + reimbursement
After-Hours Emergency Handling: $150–$250 per incident
Deep Clean Coordination: $50–$100 (cleaner cost separate)
Note: Add-ons are optional—only used when a property needs extra work beyond normal co-hosting.
